HUMAINA™ is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, and how you can control it.

Information We Collect

Account & contact information you provide when registering or contacting us (name, email, company, job title).
Usage data generated when you interact with the HUMAINA™ platform, including session logs, feature usage, and device/browser metadata.
Conversation data processed through AI digital humans deployed on your premises — stored per the data residency settings of your enterprise agreement.
Payment and billing details processed securely through our PCI-DSS-compliant payment provider. We never store raw card numbers.

To provision, operate, and improve the HUMAINA™ platform and its AI models.
To communicate with you about your account, updates, and support requests.
To generate anonymised, aggregated analytics that help us improve platform performance.
To meet legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

We do not sell your personal data. Ever.
We share data only with trusted sub-processors (cloud infrastructure, payment processing, analytics) under strict data processing agreements.
We may disclose data when required by law, court order, or to protect the rights and safety of HUMAINA™ and its customers.
Enterprise customers may request a full list of sub-processors at any time.

Account data is retained for the duration of your contract plus 90 days, after which it is permanently deleted.
Conversation logs are retained for 12 months by default. Enterprise customers can configure shorter windows or real-time deletion.
Anonymised, aggregated analytics data may be retained indefinitely.
You may request deletion of your personal data at any time — see Your Rights below.

Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
Rectification — ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
Erasure — request deletion of your personal data where no legal obligation requires us to retain it.
Portability — receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
Objection — object to processing based on legitimate interests.
