Please read these terms carefully before using HUMAINA™. They govern your access to and use of our platform and services.

Acceptance of Terms

  • By accessing or using the HUMAINA™ platform, website, or any associated services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
  • If you are accepting on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity.
  • If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use HUMAINA™ services.
  • We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Use of the Platform

  • You may use HUMAINA™ only for lawful business purposes in accordance with these Terms and all applicable laws.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
  • You may not resell, sublicense, or transfer access to HUMAINA™ without our prior written consent.
  • You agree not to reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any part of the platform.
  • Automated scraping, crawling, or data extraction from the platform is strictly prohibited.

Prohibited Conduct

  • Using HUMAINA™ to create, distribute, or promote content that is illegal, harmful, hateful, or deceptive.
  • Impersonating real individuals in AI digital human deployments without their consent.
  • Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform or its underlying infrastructure.
  • Uploading malicious code, viruses, or any content designed to interfere with platform integrity.
  • Using the platform in any way that could damage the reputation or operations of HUMAINA™ or its customers.

Intellectual Property

  • HUMAINA™ and all associated trademarks, logos, AI models, and software remain the exclusive property of HUMAINA™ and its licensors.
  • Content you upload or create within the platform (your data, custom personas, scripts) remains your property. You grant HUMAINA™ a limited license to process it solely to deliver the service.
  • Feedback or suggestions you provide may be used by HUMAINA™ without obligation or compensation.

Limitation of Liability

  • HUMAINA™ is provided on an 'as-is' basis. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.
  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, HUMAINA™ shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
  • Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
  • Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

Termination & Governing Law

  • Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days' written notice. HUMAINA™ may terminate immediately for material breach.
  • Upon termination, your access to the platform ceases and we will delete your data per our retention policy.
  • These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
  • If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remainder continues in full force.
